ビットコインはフリーソフトウェアであり、開発者であれば誰でもプロジェクトに貢献できます。必要なものは全てGitHub上にあります。README に記載された開発プロセスを必ずお読みになり、質の高いコードを提供し、ガイドラインを守るようお願いします。
開発に関する議論は、GitHubおよびbitcoin-devのメーリングリスト上で行われます。開発に関するよりカジュアルな議論は、irc.freenode.net＃bitcoin-core-dev（ウェブインターフェイス、ログ）上で行われます。
